Elisabetta Bosco
Elisabetta Bosco was born and grew up in the hills of San Damiano d’Asti, in Piedmont. In 2017, she moved to Turin to study at “Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia” - Animation Department, where she graduated in 2020 with the animated documentary "En Rang Par Deux," which she co-directed. In 2020 she co-founded the collective MUTA animation, she works as a freelancer experimenting with animation, illustration and researching forms of dialogue and imagination. With the latter, she participated as art director, visual development & background artist on the animated documentary "The Meatseller", presented in 2023 at the Venice Film Festival and awarded as best short film from the Accademia del Cinema Italiano - David Di Donatello. She is currently studying Intercultural Communication at the “Università degli Studi di Torino”, with the aim of exploring social issues with the language of animation. Always balancing between minimal and chaos, her starting point is always an ENCOUNTER.
